Unit Reduction Targets

The University is committed to transparency, collaboration and long-term organizational resilience. Each campus, college and unit has a part to play to sustain and strengthen the University.

The targets are different for each unit, and have been developed in accordance with our guiding principles, which outline our commitment to a strong culture focused on excellence and collaboration across colleges, campuses and units. The goal is to ensure the success of each campus, college and unit and the principles have been applied to ensure alignment with our priorities.  All campuses, colleges and units are taking reductions over the next two fiscal years (FY28 and FY29).

These targets were developed with a commitment to using data, evidence, expertise and risk-informed decision-making to make informed choices that advance our mission.

Note: For the schools and colleges, we are presenting the percentage of non-sponsored revenue as well.
